Please design us some interactive mini golf holes for our trade show booth to drive attendees to our adjoining booth at the American Association of Orthodontists Convention in Philadelphia. That was request from Orthofi, a company that provides software to orthodontists to streamline their operations.

Orthofi let us know that the trade show would be at the Philadelphia Convention Center and also let us know the amount of space that was being allocated for these holes. They also wanted to have the holes oriented a certain way to grab attendees attention from different directions as they passed this area. These were vital points in assisting us in coming up with initial designs of holes for Orthofi to review. We also had to consider since this is a trade show, the general contractor would be transporting the mini golf equipment from our truck to the trade show booth and weighing the course so their drayage fees can be calculated. This was also a significant element in designing the holes for Orthofi as we wanted to keep the weight as low as possible to minimize the drayage fees.

We later learned that the holes would be in front of the Orthofi booth and the color schemes to the overall booth design were extremely important to the client. By using the our smaller mini golf panels we designed two holes that were interactive, entertaining, challenging and engaged attendees to visit Orthofi's booth. One of the two holes was comprised of a 16 foot straight hole that had a fully branded Skeeball at the end of that hole. The 3 targets of the branded Skeeball hole provided an avenue for Orthofi staff to engage with attendees. This hole was comprised of three panels to fit within the 15 foot space. The 2nd hole was comprised of 4 panels which made the distance from the 21 feet long. However, the 2nd hole had a dog leg left so we were able to fit this hole in the allotted space. The hole had the following mini golf panels; a 6 foot tee, a 6 foot fairway with a yellow Loop de Loop obstacle on it, a 6 foot dog leg right fairway and a 3 foot green.
