The Steel Bridge mini golf obstacle is considered one of the classic obstacles along with Loop De Loop and The Windmill. Since the Steel Bridge is 24 inches wide it can be placed on either a mini golf or putt putt rental course. It's 8 bumps with 2 in front, 4 in the center and 2 in the back can cause havoc with any putt that transverses over it. There is the possibility of having a putt go unscathed over the bridge but it has to be a very straight putt right through the center to avoid all of the combination bumps.
The branding options include color matching the bridge to a brand activation as well as putting messaging on the side of the bridge. The Denver International Airport had very concise color matching requirements for their month long mini golf rentals with the obstacles, flags, pencils and scorecards. With the steel bridge, we stripped off the existing paint, color matched it, and then powder baked on the new color. The result was a vibrant blue that perfectly matched the color that Denver Airport was requesting.
